M...It sounds like we have been on the same journey. My prayer for you would be that you would listen and clearly hear God's voice about what you should do, and then obey it. That's what it's been about for me. Probably the scariest, nerve-wracking decision I've made in a loooong time, and I've run the gamut of tears and euphoria...all within a day...maybe one hour.

And you're right. Trust is the key...and yes, all things are possible with Him who is "able to do more than we can ever ask or think!" Dream big (or maybe, dream His dream that he's given to you) and he will make it happen! Best wishes and happy journey to you!mosaicmommanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353615038045149834.post-33797879748609693612012-01-24T20:20:24.473-08:002012-01-24T20:20:24.473-08:00I think I needed to "hear" this. I need to just learn to TRUST and know that thru God all things are possible.Kaylersmomhttp://profile.yahoo.com/YSDS64DLHHF2CMPT6QYPS5SSTInoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353615038045149834.post-28180610405126412612012-01-10T08:59:19.205-08:002012-01-10T08:59:19.205-08:00Great post. Thank you so much, Patti! That means a lot......Wow! Thank you so much, Patti! That means a lot...especially coming from you. Somehow, hearing people express confidence in you, actually makes you feel more confident. I just want to be obedient and do what's best for all concerned. It's been awhile, though, since I've had such a big cliff to jump off of, though. Thank you for your support...I'll keep you posted.mosaicmommanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353615038045149834.post-89255820091958025892012-01-09T22:31:28.553-08:002012-01-09T22:31:28.553-08:00Sweety, I love this! It touched a chord in me. I...Sweety, I love this! It touched a chord in me. I always wished I could home school my children to keep them safe and many other reasons. I never felt equipped enough to do it.

I can't think of anyone more qualified than you. You are so much like I was as a young mother. I wanted to learn how to do so many things. It was hard because I worked hard long hours, and then came home to the family and all that goes with that.

You, my dear, are talented in so many things. I have no doubt that you can manage this. And God will give you grace to do it.

One of my favorite TV shows is 19 Kids and counting. I love the testimony they share on every episode of their faith in Christ, though it may be a little legalistic, they love Jesus, and don't mince words about it.

I see the closeness of the family and how the children are really friends with each other. The older ones help the younger ones which strengthens their knowledge while it bolsters their confidence as well.

You are an amazing Momma, and you will be in my prayers.

He will show you the way, and lead you into the path that's best for you.

Love you, PattiPatti Muscarellanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353615038045149834.post-23524755097192670972012-01-09T22:02:06.904-08:002012-01-09T22:02:06.904-08:00I had no idea! They are making it so much easier to take the plunge. I feel like it's a guided leap. Also, right now they are only in Visalia (Fresno people are enrolled and are enrolling and some drive down 2x per week), but they are moving forward with establishing a campus here for Fall 2012.

Ninon and I are most likely enrolling now (not sure about traveling down there yet) and then hoping to get in on all the T/Th extracurricular types of classes they will have (art, music, language, gardening, cooking) in the fall!mosaicmommanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353615038045149834.post-7408462683832766072012-01-09T21:44:08.701-08:002012-01-09T21:44:08.701-08:00Heather, are you in my mind? Though I haven't researched it as well as you, the thought has always been there in the back of my mind. I too, have always' said, "never!', but seeing the things going on at my kids school is making me rethink things. Funny how you talked about your 4th grader, because that is exactly what happened to my son when he got into 4th grade. Now he is in 5th and it's only getting harder. Thanks for writing this, I needed it!Kristi1221noreply@blogger.com
